Ingredients

  • 2 oz apple brandy
  • 0.25 oz Liber & Co. Demerara Gum Syrup
  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters

Instructions

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the apple brandy, Liber & Co. Demerara Gum Syrup, and aromatic bitters.
  3. Stir the ingredients for 20 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with an orange peel and a brandied cherry.
