Ingredients
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 2 oz 70% cocoa chocolate bar
- 3/4 tablespoon sugar or Demerara Sugar
- pinch of salt
- 2 oz Green Chartreuse
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, warm the milk over medium heat until just steaming.
- Whisk in the chocolate until fully melted, then bring the mixture to a simmer without letting it boil.
- Continuously whisk for 3-5 minutes until the mixture slightly thickens.
- Remove from heat, add sugar and salt, and stir until fully incorporated.
- Divide the Green Chartreuse into a mug (2 oz each) and top with the warm chocolate mix.
