Ingredients

  • 2 shots cold Starbucks espresso
  • 1/4 cup lowfat or skim milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon milk powder (optional for creamier foam)
  • 1/2 teaspoon egg white powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Caramel syrup for topping
  • 3/4 cup Ice

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the milk and meringue powder. Beat at medium-high speed until the mixture becomes foamy.
