Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin, such as Hendrick's
  • 1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz Grand Marnier
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 teaspoon orange marmalade
  • ice

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz gin, 1/4 oz lemon juice, and 1/4 oz Grand Marnier.
  2. Add 1 large egg white to the shaker.
  3. Spoon in 1 teaspoon of orange marmalade.
  4. Shake the mixture vigorously until frothy, about 1 minute.
  5. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until the outside is frosty, about 30 seconds.
  6. Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass.
