Autumn Frosted Citrus
A frothy and velvety gin cocktail with the refreshing flavors of citrus and marmalade.
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin, such as Hendrick's
- 1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz Grand Marnier
- 1 large egg white
- 1 teaspoon orange marmalade
- ice
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz gin, 1/4 oz lemon juice, and 1/4 oz Grand Marnier.
- Add 1 large egg white to the shaker.
- Spoon in 1 teaspoon of orange marmalade.
- Shake the mixture vigorously until frothy, about 1 minute.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake until the outside is frosty, about 30 seconds.
- Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass.
