Ingredients

  • 1/4 Honey crisp apple (thinly sliced)
  • 1/6 Bartlett pear (thinly sliced)
  • 1/6 Orange (cut into segments)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cinnamon stick
  • 5 oz dry red wine of choice (such as Pinot Noir)
  • 1 oz Grand Marnier
  • 1/3 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup (optional)
  • 2 oz club soda (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, place the cinnamon stick, sliced apples, pears, orange segments, and fresh cranberries.
  2. Add the red wine, cranberry juice, and Grand Marnier to the pitcher.
