Ingredients
- 2 oz Highland Park 12-year-old single malt scotch whisky
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3/4 oz Grade A maple syrup
- 1 tsp apple butter
- 1 dash pastis
- Hard cider (chilled), to top
- Garnish: apple slice
