Ingredients

  • 2 oz Highland Park 12-year-old single malt scotch whisky
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz Grade A maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon apple butter
  • 1 dash pastis
  • Hard cider, chilled, to top
