Ingredients
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 2 tablespoons brandy
- 2 tablespoons clementine or orange juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- A small piece of fresh ginger, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon orange bitters
- 1 clementine, thinly sliced
- 1/2 apple, very thinly sliced
- Pomegranate seeds, for serving
- 2 oz Prosecco
