Ingredients
- 3 oz Bacardi Dark Rum
- 3.50 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/8 cup cream of coconut (Coco Lopez or Coco Real)
- 1/8 cup evaporated milk
- 1/8 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Pinch of clove
- Optional: Shredded coconut for rim
- Optional: Whipped cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, or cinnamon stick for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the rum, sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, cream of coconut, evaporated milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove until thoroughly combined.
