Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz heavy whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 oz Maker's Mark 46 bourbon
  • 3/4 oz Bärenjäger
  • 1/2 oz Jeppson's Malört
  • 3/4 oz buckwheat honey (or clover honey)
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 6 oz Davids Tea Pumpkin Chai black tea (or any chai), hot
  • Garnish: freshly grated nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy whipping cream in an empty bottle for about 1 minute until lightly whipped.
  2. In a mug or glass, combine the bourbon, Bärenjäger, Jeppson's Malört, honey, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  3. Pour the hot chai tea into the glass.
  4. Top the drink with the freshly whipped cream.
