Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. blanco tequila
  • 3/4 oz. bell pepper-infused Aperol
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. pineapple syrup (1:1 fresh pineapple juice to sugar)
  • 4 basil leaves
  • 1 tsp. Ancho Reyes Verde

Instructions

  1. Rim a glass with Ancho Reyes Verde, then discard the excess and fill the glass with ice.
  2. In a shaker, combine the blanco tequila, bell pepper-infused Aperol, fresh lime juice, pineapple syrup, and basil leaves with ice.
  3. Shake the ingredients well.
  4. Double strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
