Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. blanco tequila
  • 3/4 oz. bell pepper-infused Aperol
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. pineapple syrup (1:1 fresh pineapple juice to sugar)
  • 4 basil leaves
  • 1 tsp. Ancho Reyes Verde
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Rinse a glass with Ancho Reyes Verde and discard the excess.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Shake all the remaining ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
  4. Double strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
  5. Add the garnish.
