Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 cup mango nectar
  • 2 tablespoons Dom Benedictine B & B liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 bottle extra dry Prosecco (750 ml), chilled

  1. Cut the mango in half and remove the pulp.
  2. Puree the mango pulp with the mango nectar using a blender, food processor, or immersion blender.
  3. Transfer the mango puree into a large pitcher.
  4. Add the B&B liqueur and freshly squeezed lime juice, then stir to blend.
  5. Pour the chilled Prosecco into the pitcher and gently stir.
