Ingredients
- 1.50 oz Martell VSOP
- 1.50 oz Beetroot and berries syrup
- 7 oz Red fruits
- 3.50 oz Peeled beetroot
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Lime juice
- 4 Sage leaves
- 1 Coffee bean, crushed
- 1 oz Sparkling cider or soda
- Garnish: sage leaves and red berries
Instructions
- To prepare the syrup, combine red fruits, peeled beetroot, and sugar in a saucepan. Gently heat in a double boiler for 45-60 minutes.
- (Optional) Crush the coffee bean and add it to the shaker.
- Combine all ingredients, except for the cider/soda, in a shaker and shake well.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice cubes using a fine strainer.
- Top with cider/soda.
- Garnish with sage leaves and red berries.
