Topped with a luscious layer of Elderflower Foam, this cocktail offers a perfect balance of fruity and floral flavors, creating a truly refreshing and visually stunning libation.

A delightful blend of Acai Berry with Pomegranate & Vanilla Tea, pomegranate juice, homemade berry sensation tea syrup, and vanilla bean syrup, finished with a touch of bitters and topped with luscious Elderflower Foam.
Ingredients
- 5 oz Acai Berry with Pomegranate & Vanilla Tea
- 1 oz homemade berry sensation tea syrup
- 1 oz pomegranate juice
- 1/2 oz homemade vanilla bean syrup
- 5 drops Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters
- 8 drops Angostura Bitters
- 3:1 parts Elderflower Foam
- 3 units elderflower cordial
- 1 egg white
- 1 unit simple syrup
- 1 oz lemon juice
Instructions
- In a Boston shaker with ice, combine Acai Berry with Pomegranate & Vanilla Tea, pomegranate juice, homemade berry sensation tea syrup, and vanilla bean syrup. Shake vigorously.
- Coat the base of a champagne saucer with elderflower foam using an ISI whipper.
- Strain the mix from the Boston shaker over the top of the foam.
- Add Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters and Angostura Bitters.
- Use a cocktail stick to create a desired finish by slightly dragging it through the foam and bitters in a circular motion.
- For Elderflower Foam, combine all the ingredients in an ISI whipper and charge with two bulbs.
