Bitter Citrus Elixir

This White Negroni is a bold and bitter cocktail that showcases the distinctive flavor of Suze, a bitter apéritif derived from gentian roots. Its complex taste is balanced by the dryness of London Dry gin and the floral notes of Lillet blanc or Kina L'Aéro d'Or. The addition of a grapefruit twist not only enhances the citrus aroma but also adds a touch of elegance to this sophisticated drink.
