Ingredients

  • Black Cats lollies for garnish
  • 3 oz chocolate liqueur
  • 2 oz vanilla liqueur
  • 1 oz Original Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 6 oz Black Cat vodka (made by infusing 1 cup of Black Cats lollies in 2 cups of vodka)

Instructions

  1. Infuse the Black Cats lollies in vodka and let it sit for 72 hours to 1 week, shaking occasionally.
  2. Thread the lollies onto toothpicks for garnish.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add chocolate liqueur, vanilla liqueur, and 3 oz of Black Cat vodka.
  4. Shake well and strain into a martini glass.
  5. Carefully pour a layer of Bailey's on top.
  6. Garnish with the lolly-threaded toothpicks and serve.
