Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Blackberry Spindrift
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lavender lemon syrup
- 2 1/4 tablespoons gin
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon culinary grade lavender
- 1/4 lemon
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine water, sugar, and culinary grade lavender. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture steep for 20 minutes.
- Strain out the lavender buds, and squeeze in the juice from the lemon when the mixture is completely cooled.
- In a freezer-safe bowl, combine Blackberry Spindrift, lavender lemon syrup, and gin.
- Freeze for 5-6 hours.
- Use an ice pick or a fork to break up the ice. The gin content will prevent it from completely freezing, resulting in a gin slush!
- Garnish with a sprig of lavender and whole blackberries.
