Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Blackberry Spindrift
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lavender lemon syrup
  • 2 1/4 tablespoons gin
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon culinary grade lavender
  • 1/4 lemon

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine water, sugar, and culinary grade lavender. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Remove from heat and let the mixture steep for 20 minutes.
  3. Strain out the lavender buds, and squeeze in the juice from the lemon when the mixture is completely cooled.
  4. In a freezer-safe bowl, combine Blackberry Spindrift, lavender lemon syrup, and gin.
  5. Freeze for 5-6 hours.
  6. Use an ice pick or a fork to break up the ice. The gin content will prevent it from completely freezing, resulting in a gin slush!
  7. Garnish with a sprig of lavender and whole blackberries.
