Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Blackberry Spindrift
  • 2 tablespoons lavender lemon syrup
  • 2 1/4 tablespoons gin
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon culinary grade lavender
  • 1/4 lemon

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine water, sugar, and culinary grade lavender.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and let it steep for 20 minutes.
  4. Strain out the lavender buds and add the juice of 1/4 lemon when the mixture is completely cooled.
  5. In a freezer-safe bowl, combine Blackberry Spindrift, lavender lemon syrup, and gin.
  6. Freeze the mixture for 5-6 hours.
  7. Use an ice pick or a fork to break up the ice. The gin will prevent it from completely freezing, resulting in a gin slush.
