Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Blackberry Spindrift
- 2 tablespoons lavender lemon syrup
- 2 1/4 tablespoons gin
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon culinary grade lavender
- 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine water, sugar, and culinary grade lavender. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture steep for 20 minutes.
- Strain out the lavender buds and add in the juice of half a lemon when completely cooled.
- Combine Blackberry Spindrift, lavender lemon syrup, and gin in a freezer-safe bowl. Freeze for 5-6 hours.
- Use an ice pick or a fork to break up the ice, creating a slushy texture.
- Garnish with a lavender sprig and whole blackberries before serving.
