Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Blackberry Spindrift
  • 2 tablespoons lavender lemon syrup
  • 2 1/4 tablespoons gin
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon culinary grade lavender
  • 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine water, sugar, and culinary grade lavender. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Remove from heat and let the mixture steep for 20 minutes.
  3. Strain out the lavender buds and add in the juice of half a lemon when completely cooled.
  4. Combine Blackberry Spindrift, lavender lemon syrup, and gin in a freezer-safe bowl. Freeze for 5-6 hours.
  5. Use an ice pick or a fork to break up the ice, creating a slushy texture.
  6. Garnish with a lavender sprig and whole blackberries before serving.
