Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/8 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 cup Irish whiskey (Jameson)
- Optional: 1/4 teaspoon instant espresso or coffee powder for a light coffee flavor
Instructions
- Place the cocoa powder in a small glass measuring cup and remove any lumps.
- Whisk the cocoa powder with a spoonful of cream until it forms a smooth paste.
- Gradually add the remaining cream while whisking until the paste is smooth and loose.
- Pour the cocoa and cream mixture into a pitcher and whisk in the condensed milk, whiskey, and vanilla.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator.
- Serve chilled in a small glass or over ice. It can also be added to coffee. Sprinkle with cocoa for an extra chocolate taste.
