Ingredients
- 1.50 cups tomato juice
- 1.50 oz arak
- 1 tsp harissa
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 tsp horseradish
- 2 dashes hot sauce
- 2 pinches ground black pepper
- 1 pinch ground fennel seeds
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 stick celery
- 1 sprig parsley
- 1 lemon wedge
- 1 small plate mixed salt and ground fennel
Instructions
- In a large mixing glass, stir together the tomato juice, arak, harissa, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, horseradish, hot sauce, black pepper, fennel, and salt.
- Run the lemon wedge around the edge of a chilled highball glass.
- Turn the highball glass upside down onto a small plate of salt and ground fennel to create a salt rim.
- Fill the highball glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the cocktail mixture from the mixing glass into the highball glass.
- Garnish with a celery stick and parsley.
- Serve immediately.
