Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Bloom & Blossom Gin
  • 1/2 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
  • 1/4 oz Cocchi Rosa Apertivo
  • 1/4 oz Rose Syrup (Monin brand)
  • 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 3 drops rosewater
  • 1 dash lemon bitters
  • 1 splash club soda
  • 1 egg white (aquafaba for vegan)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
  2. Dry shake the mixture (without ice) for 30 seconds to emulsify the egg white and allow the club soda to create a fluffy foam.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake for an additional 30 seconds.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass.
  5. Optional: Garnish with dried rose petals and lemon zest or a wedge.
