Ingredients
- 5 oz dry rosé wine
- 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
- 1/2 oz brandy
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz granulated sugar
- 1 ripe but still firm peach, cored and thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp raspberries
- 1.50 oz club soda
- ice
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the rosé wine, elderflower liqueur, brandy, lemon juice, and granulated sugar.
- Add the sliced peach and raspberries to the pitcher and gently stir to combine.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, and up to 8 hours, to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, gently stir the sangria again.
- Add ice to the pitcher and to individual serving glasses.
- Stir the club soda into the pitcher with the sangria.
- Pour the sangria into the ice-filled glasses and garnish with additional fruit, if desired.
