Ingredients

  • 5 oz dry rosé wine
  • 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 1/2 oz brandy
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz granulated sugar
  • 1 ripe but still firm peach, cored and thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp raspberries
  • 1.50 oz club soda
  • ice

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the rosé wine, elderflower liqueur, brandy, lemon juice, and granulated sugar.
  2. Add the sliced peach and raspberries to the pitcher and gently stir to combine.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, and up to 8 hours, to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Before serving, gently stir the sangria again.
  5. Add ice to the pitcher and to individual serving glasses.
  6. Stir the club soda into the pitcher with the sangria.
  7. Pour the sangria into the ice-filled glasses and garnish with additional fruit, if desired.
