Ingredients

  • 5 oz dry rosé wine
  • 1/4 cup elderflower liqueur
  • 1/2 tablespoon brandy
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 ripe but still firm peach, cored and thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons raspberries
  • 1.50 oz club soda
  • ice

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine dry rosé wine, elderflower liqueur, brandy, fresh lemon juice, granulated sugar, peach slices, and raspberries. Gently stir.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours and up to 8 hours.
  3. Before serving, stir the mixture gently again. Add ice to the pitcher and glasses.
  4. Stir the club soda into the pitcher.
  5. Pour the sangria into ice-filled glasses and garnish with additional fruit, if desired.
