Ingredients
- 1 1/4 oz dry gin
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz aquafaba
- 3 1/3 oz raspberry rhubarb sparkling water, chilled
- Raspberries, for garnish
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the dry gin, lemon juice, and aquafaba.
- Add ice to the shaker, seal it, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Fill a Collins glass with ice.
- Strain the gin mixture into the glass.
- Pour in the chilled raspberry rhubarb sparkling water.
