Ingredients

  • 3 oz sweet rosé wine
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen peaches
  • 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 1/2 tbsp water
  • 1 1/2 oz raspberry vodka (optional)
  • 1 cup ice
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pour the sweet rosé wine into a 9x13 glass dish and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the raspberries, peaches, sugar, and water. Stir together and bring the mixture to a light boil for about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Remove the mixture from the heat and stir well to break up some of the fruit. Then, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl or pitcher, discarding the solids. The mixture will thicken as it cools.
  4. Remove the frozen rosé from the freezer and scrape it into a blender using a fork. Add the raspberry peach syrup, vodka (if using), and about 1 cup of ice. Blend until smooth, adding more ice if needed to achieve a thicker texture.
  5. Pour the blended mixture into glasses and garnish with fresh raspberries.
