Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups (190g) soft scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon Amarula Vanilla Spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons cold milk
  • 1 1/4 chocolate sandwich cookies
  • chocolate syrup
  • sprinkles of your choice
  • whipped cream (from a can)

Instructions

  1. Chill a large sundae glass in the fridge. Drizzle chocolate sauce on the inside of the glass.
  2. Dip the glass rim into a shallow plate filled with chocolate syrup, then into a plate full of sprinkles. Keep chilled.
  3. In a blender, combine Amarula Vanilla Spice, milk, vanilla extract, softened vanilla ice cream, and broken up cookies.
  4. Blend until smooth, adding more milk if needed for desired consistency.
  5. Pour the milkshake into the prepared glass, leaving a small gap at the top for the whipped cream.
  6. Pipe whipped cream over the top and garnish with sprinkles and chocolate sauce. Add a paper straw, and enjoy responsibly!
