Ingredients

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 2/3 oz cherry brandy
  • 1/2 oz brown creme de cacoa
  • 1/6 oz Kahlua
  • Float of heavy cream
  • Maraschino cherry
  • Grated chocolate or cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Place a maraschino cherry into a cocktail glass.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker or jug with ice, then add the bourbon, cherry brandy, brown creme de cacoa, and Kahlua.
  3. Stir the mixture for about 20 seconds, then strain it into the glasses.
  4. Carefully float a little heavy cream over the top of the cocktail.
  5. Sprinkle grated chocolate or a little sieved cocoa powder over the cream.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
