Ingredients

  • 2 oz Basil Hayden(r) Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Nutmeg (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs.
  2. Beat the egg yolks until creamy.
  3. Whip the sugar into the egg yolks.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until they form peaks.
  5. Combine the beaten egg yolks with Basil Hayden(r) Bourbon.
  6. Gently fold in the beaten egg whites.
  7. In another bowl, beat the heavy cream until fluffy.
  8. Add the beaten cream and milk to the egg mixture and stir gently to combine.
  9. Add nutmeg to taste.
  10. Pour into a serving glass and garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
