Ingredients
- 2 oz Basil Hayden(r) Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Nutmeg (for garnish)
Instructions
- Separate the eggs.
- Beat the egg yolks until creamy.
- Whip the sugar into the egg yolks.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until they form peaks.
- Combine the beaten egg yolks with Basil Hayden(r) Bourbon.
- Gently fold in the beaten egg whites.
- In another bowl, beat the heavy cream until fluffy.
- Add the beaten cream and milk to the egg mixture and stir gently to combine.
- Add nutmeg to taste.
- Pour into a serving glass and garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
