Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz heavy whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 oz Maker's Mark 46 bourbon
  • 3/4 oz Bärenjäger
  • 1/2 oz Jeppson's Malört
  • 3/4 oz buckwheat honey (or clover honey)
  • 3/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 6 oz hot Davids Tea Pumpkin Chai black tea (or any chai)
  • Garnish: freshly grated nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy whipping cream in an empty bottle for about 1 minute until lightly whipped.
  2. In a mug or glass, combine the bourbon, Bärenjäger, Jeppson's Malört, honey, and lemon juice.
  3. Add the hot chai tea to the glass.
  4. Top with the freshly whipped cream.
  5. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
