Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Bad Dog Rye Whiskey
  • 1.50 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.75 oz. Maple Syrup
  • 2 sprigs Rosemary, for muddling and garnish

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine rye whiskey, fresh lemon juice, and maple syrup.
  2. Light a sprig of rosemary on fire, and place it in the shaker with the smoking end up. Cap and seal the shaker and let it stand for 30 seconds to infuse the mixture with smoke.
