Ingredients

  • 6 oz Pineapple juice
  • 6 oz apple juice
  • 1 tbsp coconut syrup
  • 1 cup Sprite (for fizz)
  • 1/4 tsp silver cake shimmer
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a large punch bowl or pot, mix together the pineapple juice, apple juice, coconut syrup, and Sprite.
  2. Add ice to the mixture and stir well.
  3. Pour the mocktail into glasses, filling them 3/4 of the way full.
  4. Sprinkle a pinch of silver cake shimmer into each glass and stir gently.
  5. Top the glasses with additional ice if desired.
