Ingredients

  • 1/8 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 3/4 tbsp caramel syrup
  • 4 oz Champagne

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon, ensuring there are no clumps.
  2. Dip the rim of a champagne flute into a small amount of caramel syrup, then press it into the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. Let it dry with the glass upside down.
  3. In a separate glass, mix the apple juice and caramel syrup.
  4. When ready to serve, pour the apple caramel mixture into the prepared champagne flute, filling it 1/3 of the way, and then top it off with champagne.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy responsibly!
