Ingredients
- 1/2 Lime, wedged
- 1 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 Tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Dry Rosemary Powder
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 Sprig of Fresh Rosemary
- 2 oz Moscato Wine (or water for mocktail)
- 2 oz Club Soda, chilled
Instructions
- On a flat plate, mix sugar, cardamom powder, and rosemary powder.
- Use the lime wedge to coat the rim of the serving glass, then dip the rim into the sugar mixture and chill the glass.
- In a bowl, muddle the lemon juice, sugar, cardamom, and rosemary.
- Strain the lemon juice into another bowl.
- In a large pitcher, mix the strained lemon juice with Moscato (or water for mocktail).
- Remove the glasses from the refrigerator and fill halfway with the lemonade mixture.
- Add club soda and serve chilled.
