Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Celery Juice
  • 3/4 oz Lime Juice
  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup (1:1 ratio)
  • 1/2 oz Lemongrass Kombucha (Rise Kombucha used here)
  • 2 sprigs Mint (1 for garnish)
  • 1 Celery Greens (For Garnish)

Instructions

  1. Gently press 1 sprig of mint in a shaker without being aggressive.
  2. Add celery juice, simple syrup, and lime juice to the shaker, then add a handful of ice.
  3. Give it a short shake.
