  • 3/4 oz Lime Juice
  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup (1:1 ratio)
  • 1/2 oz Lemongrass Kombucha (Rise Kombucha used here)
  • 2 sprigs Mint (1 for garnish)
  • 1 Celery Greens (For Garnish)
