Ingredients

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 2/3 oz cherry brandy
  • 1/2 oz brown creme de cacao
  • 1/6 oz Kahlua
  • Float of heavy cream
  • Maraschino cherry
  • Grated chocolate or cocoa powder
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Place a maraschino cherry into a cocktail glass.
  2. In a cocktail shaker or jug, add ice and pour in the bourbon, cherry brandy, brown creme de cacao, and Kahlua.
  3. Stir for 20 seconds, then strain the mixture into the glasses.
  4. Carefully pour a little heavy cream over the top of the cocktail.
  5. Sprinkle with grated chocolate or a little sieved cocoa powder.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
