Ingredients

  • 3 maraschino cherries
  • 3/4 ounce maraschino cherry syrup
  • Superfine sugar
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 2 brown sugar cubes
  • 4 ounces chilled Champagne

Instructions

  1. Moisten the outer rim of a flute with 1/2 ounce maraschino cherry syrup and coat with sugar.
  2. Add sugar cubes to flute.
  3. Pour Cherry Heering, maraschino cherries, bitters, and remaining 1/4 ounce of cherry syrup on top.
  4. Top with Champagne to serve.
