Ingredients

  • 3 maraschino cherries
  • 3/4 ounce maraschino cherry syrup
  • Superfine sugar for rimming the flute
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 2 brown sugar cubes
  • 4 ounces chilled Champagne

Instructions

  1. Moisten the outer rim of a flute with 1/2 ounce of maraschino cherry syrup and coat it with superfine sugar.
  2. Place sugar cubes into the flute.
  3. Add Cherry Heering, maraschino cherries, bitters, and the remaining 1/4 ounce of cherry syrup into the flute.
  4. Top with chilled Champagne to serve.
