Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Empress 1908 Gin
- 1 oz Honey Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
- 5 oz Cherry Berry Kombucha
- Ice
- 2-3 Fresh Cherries, pitted, for garnish
- Optional: Mint Sprig, for garnish
Instructions
- In a small pot, heat the water until almost boiling, then remove from heat and stir in the honey until fully dissolved. Let it cool completely.
- Fill a glass with ice, then add the Empress Gin, simple syrup, lemon juice, and kombucha. Stir well to combine.
- Top with a couple of fresh cherries and, if desired, a sprig of mint. Enjoy immediately.
