It's a perfect combination of citrusy lemonade, tropical mango juice, and the crispness of Corona Light beer, finished with a hint of Ancho Chile powder for a subtle kick.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lemonade
  • 1/4 cup mango juice
  • 1 bottle Corona Light Beer
  • Ancho Chile powder
  • Kosher salt
  • 4 lemonade ice cubes
  • Orange slice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup water, divided
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and 1/2 cup of water. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Allow to cool.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the syrup and remaining water. Chill until ready to serve.
  3. Pour the lemonade into ice cube trays and freeze until solid.
  4. In a large pitcher, mix the lemonade, mango juice, and Corona Light. Chill until ready to serve.
  5. Mix together Ancho Chile powder and kosher salt on a plate. Rim the edges of your glass with an orange slice and dip into the mixture.
  6. Place 4 lemonade ice cubes into your glass and pour in the Chile-Mango Shandy. Garnish with an orange slice.
