Chilled Emerald Whiskey Delight

Ingredients
- 1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. sweetened whipped cream, divided
- 2 oz. Irish whiskey
- Freshly grated nutmeg or ground cinnamon to garnish
- Ice
Instructions
- In a mixing glass, combine freshly brewed hot coffee, heavy cream, and sugar. Stir to dissolve the sugar and chill thoroughly.
- Spoon 1 Tbsp. Sweetened Whipped Cream into the bottom of a 14-oz. highball glass.
- Stir Irish whiskey into the coffee mixture, then pour it over the whipped cream in the glass.
- Fill the glass with ice, then top with the remaining 1 Tbsp. Sweetened Whipped Cream.
- Dust with freshly grated nutmeg or ground cinnamon.
