Chilled Pimm's Mint Tea

Ingredients
- 1 tea bag
- 3-4 sprigs of mint
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 oz Pimm's No 1
- 2-3 sliced strawberries
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Place the tea bag and mint sprigs in a jug and pour 4 cups of boiling water over them. Let it steep for 10 minutes, then remove the tea bag and half of the mint.
- Stir in the granulated sugar and allow the tea to cool completely. Once cooled, remove the remaining mint sprigs.
- Add the orange juice, lemon juice, and Pimm's No 1 to the tea, then chill thoroughly. This can be prepared a day in advance.
- When serving, pour the chilled mixture over ice and garnish with sliced strawberries and additional mint sprigs.
