Ingredients
- 0.70 oz dark chocolate
- ice
- 2 oz coffee-flavored liqueur
- 2 oz vodka
- 2 oz Irish cream liqueur
- 3.40 oz heavy cream
Instructions
- Chill a glass in the fridge overnight.
- Melt 0.35 oz of the chocolate in a shallow bowl in the microwave.
- Dip the rim of the chilled glass in the melted chocolate and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the coffee-flavored liqueur, vodka, Irish cream liqueur, and heavy cream.
- Shake until the outside of the shaker is very cold.
- Put a few ice cubes in the prepared glass and strain in the cocktail.
- Finely grate over the remaining chocolate and serve with a paper straw.
