Ingredients
- 0.70 oz dark chocolate
- ice
- 2 oz coffee-flavored liqueur
- 2 oz vodka
- 2 oz Irish cream liqueur
- 3.50 oz heavy cream
Instructions
- Chill a glass in the fridge overnight. Melt 0.35 oz of dark chocolate in the microwave and dip the rim of the chilled glass in the melted chocolate. Return to the fridge.
- Fill a shaker with ice and add the coffee-flavored liqueur, vodka, Irish cream, and heavy cream. Shake well.
- Add ice to the prepared glass and strain the cocktail into it.
- Finely grate the remaining dark chocolate over the cocktail and serve with a paper straw.
