Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
  • 0.50 oz Irish Cream
  • 1 oz Half and Half
  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1.50 tablespoons Hot Fudge or Dark Chocolate Syrup
  • 3 tablespoons Cocoa (for glass rim)

Instructions

  1. On a small plate, pour 1 tablespoon vodka. On another plate, place the cocoa.
  2. Dip the martini glass rim into the vodka, then into the cocoa to coat the rim evenly. Set the glass aside.
  3. Fill a martini shaker with ice cubes.
  4. Add chocolate liqueur, Irish cream, vodka, and half and half to the shaker.
  5. Shake vigorously until the shaker becomes very cold to the touch.
  6. Drizzle chocolate syrup inside the prepared glass.
  7. Evenly pour the mixture into the glass, garnish, and serve.
