Ingredients

  • 0.50 oz unflavored gelatin
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 10 oz cream soda
  • 5 oz Fireball whiskey
  • Whipped cream
  • Ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Pour the Fireball into a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the Fireball and let it sit for about 2 minutes until bloomed.
  3. Add the boiling water to the mixture and stir until the gelatin has fully dissolved.
  4. Stir in the cream soda.
  5. Using an injector or pourable measuring glass, fill each shot cup almost to the top.
  6. Chill for 2 hours or until set.
  7. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon. Enjoy!
