Ingredients

  • 6 oz. dry white wine (like Vinho Verde, Prosecco, Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
  • 11.50 oz. can of sparkling water with real fruit juice (blood orange or navel orange)
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lime
  • 1 lemon
  • Sparkling water (like San Pellegrino, Topo Chico or La Croix), for serving

Instructions

  1. Chill the white wine and sparkling water in the refrigerator for several hours.
  2. Slice the citrus fruits by cutting them in half and then into thin slices.
  3. Pour the white wine and sparkling water with fresh fruit juice into a pitcher and arrange the fruit slices around the rim.
  4. Pour about 1/2-3/4 cup of the wine mixture into a glass and top with a few splashes of sparkling water.
  5. Garnish with a slice or two of fresh citrus fruit and enjoy while cold.
