Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz pear vodka, such as Absolut Pears or Grey Goose La Poire
- 1/2 oz fresh purée of Green Anjou or Comice pear
- 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 oz clove-infused simple syrup
- 3 to 4 thin slices of USA Green Anjou pear, skin on
- Ice
Instructions
- In a shaker, muddle the slices of USA Green Anjou pear to release their juices and flavor.
- Add the pear vodka, fresh pear purée, lemon juice, and clove-infused simple syrup to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until the mixture is cold and frothy.
